The SONAR series takes your fly and puts it right in front of the fish. Whether you’re throwing streamers for trout, big flies for muskie, or even fishing stillwaters, we have the perfect sinking line for you. Get down, and stay down, with SONAR.

The SA SONAR Series was designed by anglers for anglers. Built for exploring every inch of the water column, the SONAR Series features sinking heads, full sinking lines, and even custom-cut lines for getting down as deep as you need. Constructed with our AST slickness additive, SONAR sinking technology, SA•ID line identification system, and Welded Loops, the SONAR Series is a technologically advanced set of sinking lines, built for fish of all species.
Fresh or salt water, it doesn’t matter. We have a SONAR built for the fish you’re after.

The SONAR Titan Series features lines built on our popular Titan Taper, only instead of floating, all of these sink; from fishing just beneath the surface in a small stream to dredging blue holes in the ocean, nothing helps you throw large flies better than the SONAR Titans. Each of these lines are made two-line sizes heavy; however, they are designed to be used on rods with the designated line weight. We build them oversized to help turn over large flies and chuck big casts at even bigger fish.

Stillwater angling presents its own unique challenges and demands. Fishing just below the surface with chironomids, camouflaging full-sinking lines, and fishing the hang are all aspects of stillwater angling we’ve addressed with our SONAR Stillwater Series. It’s not very often you’ll need to fish topwater flies in the salt. That’s where an intermediate line comes in handy. The SONAR Saltwater Intermediate fly line features a slow-sinking clear head that cuts through the surface and provides an amazing amount of stealth for those wary fish cruising the flats. Sonar Titan Sink Tip Mini

Features a warmwater construction, which makes it a great option for fishing subsurface on hot days or when targeting warmwater species.
